Everything we do is for a purpose, we have no managers, and everyone is encouraged to bring their whole self to work.

We Work like Ants

In an ant hill you generally get 3 different types of ants. Some that build, others that gather food and those that defend the hill. If an anteater were to take out a bunch of builders, the other two would realise this, changing their scent to replace them and balance the tribe. We work like ants; each person is responsible for the whole organisation

Everything we do is to help push the human race forward. We believe that If our species is to survive, we need to live a more Mindful life, making tiny changes in our behaviours. You are one of the most important human beings that has ever lived because how you live now will determine the fate of our species. Our purpose is to build a community of people that are individually becoming Mindful and collectively pushing the human race forward.

Openness to Adventure and Experience

Openness to adventure and experience- Welcome with curiosity and become aware of experience as a flow of sensation, thought and feeling. Let these sensations, thoughts and feelings flow through you, fully experiencing them as the gifts that they are. Let go of resistance, and don’t hold onto these experience; you will be fulfilled whatever the experience

Non-Judgement and Acceptance

Try not to categorize thoughts/feelings as good or bad. Same goes with other people or things. Everyone is the best judge of what is right for them. Fully accept the moment you are in and surrender to what is. Acceptance comes first and change will follow if necessary. “Accept-then act. Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it, this will miraculously transform your whole life.”

Sustainability and Compassion

Sustainability and compassion is about living in harmony with the natural world around us, protecting it from damage and destruction.We live in a very materialistic and consumer driven society, where your everyday decisions are compounding to a very scary future where all of Earth's natural beauty and life can be destroyed. Being compassionate for life around you will help you make tiny changes to a more sustainable way of life. Make these changes and our species may survive


Culture is a strong part of people's lives. It influences their views, their values, their humor, their hopes, their loyalties, and their worries and fears. So when you are working with people and building relationships with them, it helps to have some perspective and understanding of their cultures. Culture helps us understand how people live their lives and this inturn helps us understand ourselves better

Everyone wants to belong to a community, and we want to make sure it happens less online and more through real life engagement. Our platform is about connecting people in the real word to share meaningful experiences and build bonds that last a lifetime.
